What we are

PLL Platform is a content tool for real-estate professionals. You create posts, schedule them to your own Instagram account, read and answer your own comments, and manage your own leads. We process data only to provide that service to you.

What we store

• Account: your email address and login (handled by Supabase Auth).
• Your workspace: listings you add, content you generate, your schedule, your community settings and reply log, and leads you import.
• Your keys and tokens: API keys you enter (Anthropic, Higgsfield, Pexels, Ayrshare) and the Instagram/Facebook access token you authorise. They are encrypted at rest with a server-side key and are used only to act on your behalf inside the app.
• Instagram data: with your permission, we read your media, insights and comments and publish content and replies to your account. We keep only what the app shows you (post stats, comments you handled).

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not post, reply or message on your account without an action you took or an automation you switched on.
• We do not use your content to train models.

Third parties

Your content is sent to the providers you chose with your own keys (Anthropic for writing, Higgsfield for video generation, Pexels for stock footage, Meta for publishing, Ayrshare if you connect through it). Their own privacy policies apply. Hosting: Railway; database and authentication: Supabase; media storage: Cloudflare R2.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays as long as your account exists. You can disconnect Instagram at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored token. To delete your account and all data, email us and it will be removed within 30 days. You can also remove the app from your Facebook/Instagram account settings, which revokes our access immediately.
