The service

PLL Platform helps you produce and schedule social-media content for real-estate listings, manage comments and leads. You keep full ownership of your content, your listings and your accounts.

Your responsibilities

• You use your own accounts and keys (Instagram, Anthropic, Higgsfield, Pexels, Ayrshare) and pay those providers directly for your usage.
• You are responsible for the rights to the photos, videos and text you upload or generate, and for complying with Instagram's terms and your local advertising rules.
• Automations (autopilot, auto-replies, auto-DM) act on your behalf; review what they do and switch them off if they do not fit your needs.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for missed posts, provider outages or changes in third-party APIs.

Billing

Subscription plans, when offered, renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used for spam, abuse or unlawful content.
